EGM - Tuesday 6th December 2011
An EGM was held on Tuesday 6th December 2011.
The EGM was called to discuss a proposal by the Club Committee to purchase artificial grass surface for courts 1 and 2.
The minutes of the meeting have been e-mailed to all members.

Christmas social - Sunday 18th December 2011
The annual Christmas social will be held on Sunday 18th December. More information to be provided soon.
Winter club sessions
Informal club sessions continue through the winter on Saturday afternoons from 1.30 pm.
The club also has use of two indoor courts at Hill Road Sports and Tennis Centre.
The last session at Hills Road was on Sunday the 4th December 2011. The next session is on Sunday the 5th February 2012.
Each session at Hills Road is open to 8 players at a cost of £6 per person per session.Please e-mail info@fulbourntennis.co.uk for further information on these sessions. First come, first served.
Club tournament - September 2011
The club tournament was held over two weekends in September 2011.

A Strawberries and Pimm's afternoon with a fun American tournament was held on Saturday 9th July.
Thanks to all who participated. Despite the initial rainy weather, the sun did come out.
A good afternoon of tennis, strawberries, Pimm's and shortcakes was enjoyed.
Summer Club sessionsThe 2011 tennis season has begun. Monday, Wednesday and Saturday club sessions have started.
The club sessions start at 18:30 on Monday and Wednesday.
On Saturday they start at 14:00.

Fulbourn Tennis Open Day - Saturday 30th April 2011
Fulbourn Tennis Club held its annual Tennis Open Day on Saturday 30th April 2011.
There was a free coaching session for juniors with 'Over and In' who provide the club coaching.
This was followed by a fun tournament.
Wimbledon Ticket Draw - Wednesday 27th April 2011
The draw for Wimbledon tickets took place on Wednesday the 27th April 2011.
There were 11 pairs of tickets ranging in price from £35 each for first day on Court 2 to £110 each for the Men's final.
It is an LTA requirement that anyone purchasing tickets was a British Tennis Member.
LTA affiliated tennis clubs are given an allocation of Wimbledon tickets based on the number of LTA British Members they have signed up.
